We are incredibly honoured to have been awarded Bronze in the Sustainable Business of the Year award, and won with CBRE St Botolph Building in the Water, Waste and Resource Efficiency category!

In partnership with CBRE – St Botolph Building, we are incredibly proud to share this award highlighting excellence in the waste and water resource efficiency. The team at St Botolph have achieved the gold-standard in the resource management, turning their sustainability goals into real action. Proof that smart resource management is good for both business and the planet.
Their comprehensive waste and resource efficiency strategy saw them achieve a 95% recycling rate through initiatives like a Material Re-use Room, Green Team and occupier engagement programs. By leveraging innovative waste tracking technology, on-site recycling facilities, and educational campaigns, they successfully reduced general waste costs and fostered a culture of sustainability.
