Recorra are proud to be a long-standing charity partner of the Zoological Society of London (ZSL) supporting their mission of protecting species and ecosystems for both people and the natural world. ZSL are a science driven, nature-conservation charity taking action globally as well as in the UK.

Recorra's Environmental Focus

Our ethos and dedication to truly sustainable recycling practices with a focus on environmental protection is what connects us to ZSL. Recorra are one of only a few waste management companies who share in ZSL’s mission in supporting nature. We achieve this through ethical and sustainable commercial waste management.   

The commercial space has an overwhelming impact on the environment. Businesses are responsible for a large proportion of carbon emissions, environmental degradation and wildlife impact, but we can also be the solution.

Our Visit to London Zoo

Thanks to the amazing team at ZSL and London Zoo, earlier this week some of our team were lucky enough to experience a behind the scenes tour. They were able to witness the ZSL team feeding monkeys and tamarins as well as explore the rest of London Zoo. Some of our teams favourites were the giraffes and penguins.
