Tips for preparing for an office clearance

At Recorra, we understand a big office clearance can be a daunting task. That is why we make the process as easy and seamless as possible. To make the process even easier on the day we recommend the following:  

• Declutter in advance by gathering items for collection and placing them in an easily accessible area. 

• Record size information for large items and disassemble if necessary. 

• Secure a safe and legal place for our team to park on collection.  

• Clear the floor and walkway for our clearance team.  

• Please make sure all the key and safety information has been read and understood. Please note, for health and safety reasons we cannot accept clearances for offices that require stairs. If there is a lift, customers must confirm all items will fit in the lift.
