We’re thrilled to announce our work with Vegware has been shortlisted for IWFM’s Impact Awards for Product or Service Development!
The IWFM Impact Awards are much more than a ‘ceremony’; its winners and finalists serve as inspirational exemplars for the profession and the various industries it services. Past winners act as a legacy for others to look to for inspiration and chart a history of how the facilities management profession has evolved.
The 2021 Awards Ceremony will take place on the 11 October 2021 at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House London. Wish us luck!
Last year we partnered with Vegware to bring a new compostable disposables service to our clients. Since then, our partnership has been recognized by Footprint’s 2020 Waste Management and Waste Prevention awards and by Let’s Recycle in their 2021 Awards for Excellence.
Our partnership with Vegware promotes their plant-based foodservice disposables designed to be commercially composted with food scraps. They are a popular alternative to conventional single-use plastics. See why we partnered with them here.
To ensure the success of this new service, we’ve installed a new sorting line and specialist equipment at our recovery facility and worked to promote client engagement to keep contamination levels low. Sustainable practice and customer satisfaction are at the heart of what we do.
