Simpler Recycling legislation aims to create consistency in the waste and recycling materials collected from households and businesses. This legislation came into force for all businesses with 10 or more employees from 31st March 2025.
Under this new legislation businesses must:

From March 2025, businesses with over 10 employees will be required to recycle food waste separately.
