The Recorra SmartWeigh is revolutionising on-site waste and recycling processes.
SmartWeigh is a new, easy to use weighing technology and is an alternative to bespoke equipment and hand-weighing sacks. Consisting only of a set of scales and a smartphone app, all data is uploaded straight into Recorra’s existing online portal, integrating with your building-wide data all in one handy reporting tool.
How does it work?
- Segregate sacks by occupiers/floors, and by material stream when weighing
- Scan your first sack and throw each TrackerSack from the same occupier into a bin already sitting on the scale, without having to scan all sacks
- Contamination can be accurately photographed using smartphones, and easily emailed to building managers
- Fixed terminals for those who wish not to use smartphones
- Can weigh multiple bins simultaneously
- Optional wrist scanner enables scanning as sacks are being handled
- Overweight notifications notify managers when bins are overflowing
