Upon contract start, we grant you access to our online customer portal, MyRecorra. This portal provides 24/7 access to your waste data, including recycling rates, collection successes, material volumes, trends, and the social impact of your waste efforts.
Our bins contain RFID chips which allow our vehicles to scan them when tipped, giving you real weights per collection. Where bins are not tipped, we rely on industry averages provided by the Better Buildings Partnership, or our own averages for those services unique to Recorra.
After your collection, all weight data is uploaded to your account on MyRecorra. There you can browse your recycling stats or download them as reports in CSV or PDF formats.
In addition to waste reporting, we offer Scope 3 carbon reporting and net avoided CO₂ emissions from your services.
